Andrew serves as VP of the Rutgers Newark Supply Chain Management Association. His a Marine Corps veteran and a recipient of the Navy/Marine Corps Achievement Medal. Andrew received this year’s monetary scholarship of $1500.

Robert Iuliucci
B.S. in Supply Chain Mgmt in Marketing Sciences – May 2013

Robert has a strong background in information technology and currently serves as the President of the Rutgers Chapter of the Delta Sigma Pi business fraternity. Rob is the winner of this year’s grant to attend the CSCMP Global Conference in Atlanta.


2013 Rhoda Isaacs Scholarship Application Process:

To further the CSCMP’s educational goals in the field of supply chain management, the New York City Roundtable (CSCMP-NYC) is proud to announce that the Board is now accepting applications for the 2013 Rhoda Isaacs Scholarship!
The winner will receive a fully sponsored trip to the annual Global CSCMP conference in Denver, Colorado (October 20 – 23, 2013). This is an opportunity to learn from and network among 2,000+ supply chain industry professionals.

Winner Will Receive:

  • Complementary air fare, hotel and conference fee to the 2013 Global CSCMP Conference held on October 20th – 23rd in Denver, CO.
  • Networking receptions to connect with potential employers
  • Participation in the CSCMP Recruitment Day
  • Placement in a CSCMP Sponsored Resume Bank
  • Introduction to the CSCMP organization on an intimate level
  • Real-world experience
  • Conference-wide recognition for their efforts

Eligibility for Application:

  • Currently enrolled student (full or part-time undergraduate or graduate) with concentration in Supply Chain Management or related field
  • All applicants need to be currently enrolled in a college/university within New York, New Jersey or Connecticut, or be a permanent resident of those three states.
  • Applicants must have a current STUDENT MEMBERSHIP WITH CSCMP (an annual fee of $35).


  • E-mail a 750 – 1500 word essay with resume to by May 1, 2013.
  • The essay referenced above should address one of the following three questions:
    • Supply chain disruptions can result from many types of events including financial collapses, adverse weather events, IT systems outages and product recalls. Please pick an industry and write a 1 – 2 page essay about what you believe are the three most significant disruptions that threaten corporate supply chains within that industry.
    • What do you see as the three biggest supply chain risks facing food and beverage companies located in the greater NYC area?
    • What are the key trends reshaping supply chains today? Consider discussing operating models, best practices for the future, and how a company can maximize the value of the supply chain across the organization.
