Board Members

President Suzanne M. Richer, has been a member of CSCMP-NYC since 2005, having served as President from 2006-2008, as well as being of member of the Educational committees of the NCBFAA and Baruch College. Suzanne’s expertise includes international supply chain management with a focus on customs compliance and C-TPAT. She has presented over 3000 hours of training on international trade topics in the USA and overseas. Suzanne has a Masters Degree in Economics and was recognized by the Journal of Commerce as one of the top 20 Women in Transportation.
Programs Co-Chairperson John Gabel serves as Programs Co-Chairperson for the NYC Roundtable. John has over 25 years experience in Global Logistics and Supply Chain in the Hi-tech and Telecom Industries. He is currently Vice-President of Distribution Services for Arrow Electronics, a Global Distributor of Electronics Components and Services. In his role John is responsible for Warehousing, Transportation, Engineering and Business Operations. He received a BS in Industrial Engineering and Operations Research from Cornell University.
Programs Co-Chairperson Mary Beth Shay serves as the Director of Corporate Accounts with the Global Trade Academy, promoting training and development for international supply chain professionals. Her career includes over 10 years with American Home Products / Wyeth Pharmaceuticals in sales. From 2004-2009 she worked in Singapore in Transportation for Santa Fe Relocation Company. She received her degree in communications from Fordham University.
Treasurer Tracy Dong serves as Treasurer for the NYC Roundtable. She received a MS in Industrial Engineering from Lehigh University. She has been taking different roles in purchasing, supply chain management, and demand planning with Construction Specialties, Inc. and Novartis. She currently is Strategic Buyer with Philips.
Membership & Sponsorship Co-Chairperson Raymond Kovonuk serves as Membership Chairperson and Sponsorship Co-Chair for the  NYC Roundtable. Ray has over 20 years of experience in supply chain and has been a member of CSCMP for over 16 years. He currently manages logistics at SodaStream.
Membership & Sponsorship Co-Chairperson Michael Neller graduated from James Madison University and had since held several positions at leading 3pl’s from Expeditors to NFI and most currently the Director of Business Development for Salson Logistics. He is an active member of other Supply Chain organizations such as Retail Industry Leaders Association and the Trans-Pacific Maritime.
Communications Chairperson Matt Dorin is the Communications Chairperson for the NYC Roundtable. He has over 10 years of supply chain experience and has been a CSCMP member since 2009. He is currently a consultant at Ernst & Young (EY).
Education Co-Chairperson Arash Azadegan (PhD, W.P. Carey School of Business, Arizona State University) is an Associate Professor at Rutgers Business School and the Director of Supply Chain Disruption Research Laboratory (SCDrl). Dr. Azadegan has over a decade of industrial experience with Fortune 100 companies such as Quaker Oats, Ralston Purina and Ford Motor. His research focuses on forces behind positive transformation (such as supplier innovation) and negative transformation (such as major disruptions) across the supply chain.

Student Advisor Vilma Solano Jarquín
Webmaster Scott Salerno serves as the web site manager for the NYC Roundtable. He completed a graduate certificate program in Supply Chain Management last year at Pennsylvania State University and holds a BS in business administration from the University of Hartford. Having recently completed a career change to logistics and supply chain mgt and he has worked in distribution and warehousing for City Harvest as part of the NYC Sandy relief efforts.
Past President Rachel Pittard has served on the NYC Roundtable Board since 2010 in various roles. She is a member of the CSCMP Young Professionals Committee which is committed to empowering Roundtables to address the needs their Young Supply Chain Professional member populations. Rachel is an Industrial Real Estate Advisor with Cushman & Wakefield and assists clients with the real estate strategy component of their supply chains.
